Today’s Love-full affirmation:

I love letting go. It feels good to let go. 

Serving suggestions:

Please take a deep breath, through your nose, if possible.

Inhale, filling your lungs as full as they can expand, and then pause, remembering to allow yourself to release  worries, tensions, and limiting beliefs with every exhale.

Affirm: I love letting go, It feels good to let go.

As you slowly exhale your breathe, through pursed lips, please engage your muscles to help you completely empty all of your air out, all of it.

Repeat as often as you feel drawn to.
